if you went coil you could prob do it with out the chassis ext.
get a set of rover arms and away you go

pubic tig welded his. its awesome i love it.
but what i would do. is see if you can cut the chassie and section to be welded in on an angle. that way there is more weld in there and then maybe fish plate it with some 3mm each side. i seen a pic on outers by gwagonsteve he did the same thing but didnt fish plate.
ive got the gear to do it but sadly ive got no gas and havnt got the argon and argoshield on the account yet. was given the bottles ages ago
i could MMA it but i wouldnt be too confidendent doing it to somone eles car. havnt MMA done positional MMA in a while
also use MM. no one used CM a. i read 'adding 25mm to chassie' i was like wtf why would you bother.

please explain??? pictures??? I have been toying with the idea of coiling the rear. After seeing the tazy big job zookanator.

Coils you won't need the massive overhang for the shackle/springmount.

Rovers get alot of flex stock. As the bushes are different to most.
I will be using pootrol bushes in all arms, doin prob 3 / 4link fr and r

have a look under a rover, very simple. the chassis is nearly the same width as a sierra. its just a rod to locate the diff and the 2 arms.
