With normal or lifted springs they will give you just under 1" of lift. Though due to making the shackle angle more upright it will be more rigid thus giving a rougher ride. if you have a half RUF on the front they are a benifit. Depending on which ones you are using the can allow the diffs to wander a little, the welded type like Fatzooks don't suffer as much from this, although there is more leverage on the bushes you only get a little more movement then standard shackles..
Personally I won't use them to gain lift, more to get the correct shackle angle.
