I've noticed that an option on Samurai's in the USA was an efi engine, but I've never heard of or seen them in Aus.
Any thoughts on if they go good and if they are worth looking into as a mod?

Looks like a single point injection, which you can get on an import engine i think. Depends how much money you have... you could go for a 1.6

What are the engine numbers for the Fuel injected versions?

thats true, it would prob b bout the same price, with tho only advantage the better fuel economy in the 1.3 efi

I have a 1.6 efi baleno motor and get heaps better fuel ecomomy with it than i did with the 1.3. the 1.3 was not made to push 31" tires
