I've noticed that an option on Samurai's in the USA was an efi engine, but I've never heard of or seen them in Aus.

Any thoughts on if they go good and if they are worth looking into as a mod?

check out this Samurai on ebay for reference if need be: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1990-Suz ... dZViewItem

Looks like a single point injection, which you can get on an import engine i think. Depends how much money you have... you could go for a 1.6 :)
