No need to be so impressed Royce, they are cnc machined pieces and i am just making them a bit smaller so they fit in a zook manifold

There is a shoulder above the threaded section, I had it holding that.
It worked great for the other three, I just forgot to nip up the chuck for this one. It was a reminder of how you have to concentrate doing this stuff. It could have been a lot worse!

Bah whats wrong with that? Just bash the injector into it, nice inference fit and epoxy it into the mani. Think your just getting too picky

Didn't break any tooling thankfully. It was just a cheapo carbide insert, but it survived.
I'll email you re: the crank handle shaft.
