Hey Chris, there is a ganny spec lwb estate that I see locally here in Mclaren vale with a for sale sign on. I'll keep an eye out for and try get some details.

I don't have much leave so will prob leave home wed to get to beachport on fri. Prob have to shoot off Monday arvo to get home by wed arvo, but if the weather is ok I might chuck a sickie and stay a bit longer.

Is it time for a beachport 2017 thread yet?
