Hey guys up for sale is my 2008 black 1.8 turbo Suzuki Jimny CAR - 2008 JB43 Suzuki Jimny Only done 35,860kms ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ENGINE - M13a swapped to to M18a internals, still plated etc as a 1.3, (turbo'd, makes 185rwhp @ 10psi) - custom steam pipe turbo manifold made by myself, HPC coated - Garrett t28 ball bearing turbo - adjustable waste gate actuator running 10psi boost - 500cc injectors - Adaptronic ECU with custom adaptor harness to plug into the factory loom - Modified block- drilled and tapped hole for turbo oil return - AN fitting welded on to water neck and rear temp housings for turbo water coolant lines - Custom oil distribution block feed by a AN3 line from the factory oil pressure switch, feeds factory oil pressure switch, oil pressure gauge sender and oil feed to the turbo - 3" stainless mandrel bent dump pipe that's heat rapped, 3" high flow stainless catalytic converter and 3" stainless system - oil bypass block fitted to engine with a oil thermostate - large 12 row oil cooler - factory nissan blow off valve - Pod filter used on road and custom plastic air box used for 4wd trips - large alloy front mounted intercooler - mandrel bent alloy intercooler plumbing - custom made unbreakable engine mounts - low temp high flow thermostate BODY - Japanese JB23 turbo bonnet and vent (used on the 660cc turbo jimny's) - Japanese JB23 front guards (they are flat, so easier to cut up higher) - all exterior plastic trim removed - guard heights raised- chopped and welded - custom made front and rear bars - number plate relocated - rear lights wired to the C piller lights - gas struts fitted to bonnet - MASSIVE deep cycle battery - full underbody coated, interior cavity protected - rear "crappy" tow hooks removed DRIVELINE - Custom NPC extra heavy duty clutch built from Mitsubishi evo pressure plate - 4.09 diff ratios - ARB air lockers front and rear - Sierra transfer case with my own custom mounts and shifter (gear 'crawl' Vs 'every day' driving ratios) - Custom jack shaft - lengthened front drive shaft - solid mounted gearshifter mounts (gets rid of the floppy shifter feel) - Modified front axle housing, rotated for more caster, pumpkin rotated back for better pinion angle, custom mounts to move axle 20mm further forward, custom bash plate welded on, custom panhard mount (to level out its angle), flipped tierod end on the drag links steering arm to match panhard angle, kingpin shims added - brake backing plates removed - free wheeling hubs fitted (ditched vaccum crap) - tuff dog 9step adjustable steering damper fitted SUSPENSION - LONG Rancho rs9000 shocks - custom panhard bars front and rear -powdercoated black - snake racing radius arms -powder coated black - 4" japanese coils by HighBridge - 40mm spring spacer in front - building shaved Hilux front diff and bundera rear at present with air lockers etc INTERIOR - leather steering wheel from an Ignis sport - Uniden UHF radio - Greddy turbo timer - DVD, VCD, TV, bluetooth, Navi etc head unit - full electronic peak recal gauges- Oil pressure, oil temp, exhaust temp, boost pressure - extra lighter fittings installed - cruise control (from suzuki liana) - Gear knob - changed all dash lights to green and all cluster lights to white (hate the factory red) - locker switches WHEELS - American racing 15x10 with 2" cut from the back side and re-welded, so they are now 15x8 with massive offset - 32" Simex centipede jungle trekkers - 30" Fereral Couragia tires on 15x8 -25 rims for the road probably plenty more ive missed, car has always been garaged and is super clean and tidy, has mod plates for work done, only defects have been for no mud flap (comes with mud flaps) and tyres outside the guards (when I had smaller flares), need this sold as I bought something bigger to tow my race/drift car and the wife won't let me have 3 cars. yea i though so, i had a quick look at the thread you did but there wasnt much detail into the build as i would have liked, still pretty rare for a jimny to be turbo'd, most people go M18 swap and be done with it.. |
