A mate of mine has 6.5 transfer gears and they werent installed properley and it has destroyed the rear output shaft gear. So my question is that gear a standard one or does it come in the full 6.5 gear set and can it be bought seperately as he said i can have them

hhmm my 6.5's have a lifetime warranty, maybe you should check that out. :wink:

my mate who had them installed had to pay out of his own pocket to get new ones because of the company who installed them wont take responsibility for it

if they are t-g 6.5's it is a manufacturer warranty, ya just send them back to the
manufacturer and they replace them. :wink:

the 6.5's on this page, you have to send them to seppo land but i
doubt that it would cost $50

All the gears are different between a standard set and a rockhopper.

Only the 6.5:1 and 8:1 sets. The 4.16 and 4.9 sets contain some factory gears, just in an arrangement never foreseen by the factory.
