Anyone got any ideas on the stock injector flow rates of the following MPFI engines:

G13B - GTi swift
G13BB - Jimny
M13A - Jimny
G16B - Vitara
Suzuki EFI triples (550-660)

Please list the year model if you know, I need small injectors for a project

From memory the 16v Vit ones are about 170cc/min. Not sure about the others. I have some GTi ones here if you want to try them.

as far as I can remember the g13b is 200cc/min they would flow the most out of the lot I would suspect...why??what are you up to?????

These are from Baleno derived engines from the manual@44psi:

G13BB 172cc/min
G16B 216cc/min - green Denso #3290 (~202cc/min@42.5psi (3bar))
J18 294cc/min

Vitara G16A/B run Nikki INP-470 which flow 170cc/min @ 42.5psi (3bar)

Anyone got info on the following injectors?

G13BB-Jimny?
M13A?
M15A?
J20?
H20A?

GV J20A is 232cc/min
Jimny G13BB is 188cc/min
Vitara SV620 (H20A) is 193.2cc/min

The injector flow rates can be calculated from the figures given in the injector test section of the FSM.

Hi,
Has anyone cross referenced fuel injector brands?
I’m chasing injectors for a G13bb and the only on I can find is Goss PIN202.
The genuine number is: 1571057B00 (metal and pink or cream colour)
What I can find also is that a 95 Baleno had the same injectors, and 99 Baleno had shorter
Green plastic ones.
Even Suzuki service team couldn’t help, documentation didn’t go back that far just stated that it was a baleno

Hey Rod, are you looking for replacement injectors? Or something with more capacity?

That model number you quoted also shows up for Sidekick/Tracker/X90, so that would be the SOHC 16v 1.6 engine, which I believe are 170cc/min (as above).

As you mentioned, Baleno would have similar capacity, which makes sense because the engines are very simillar.

Googling will produce some charts of injectors (eg https://www.club4ag.com/faq_and_tech_pa ... Denso.html) but be aware that you have to match not only the physical dimensions, but also connector type and most importantly impedance. I'm pretty sure the Suzuki injectors are low impedance.

Those injectors are high impedance. The 57B00 is the original 16V with the Denso injection and the vane type AFM so they used them on a number of engines. What vehicle is this G13BB in?
