Hi Zookers I have a sj70 wide track the carrier is worn out where the spider gear shafts pass through I have a good narrow track diff and i am wondering if the centeres are the same except for the crownwheel and pinion.

Yes they are interchangeable

There were changes in configuration between narrow and wide track (eg NT front has 4 spider gears, WT has two) but everything will swap over.

But note that the NT 1.0 litre centres (Sierra or Maruti) are smaller than NT/WT 1.3 litre centres and will not swap.
