Is there anyway I can access a workshop manual with part numbers online or pdf?

1991 Sierra soft top. SJ70.

The workshop manuals typically do not have part numbers, for the part numbers you'll need the parts manual which is a separate book - you can try megazip.net, their search engine allows you to enter the vehicles' chassis number which should take you to the correct parts catalog.
