i tore one of the sensors off the transfer case i replaced it still cant et in to low range.car works fine in high range but low range light flashes and beeps please help

Did you get it going?
I had a similar problem and it caused me a lot of angst! Eventually hooked up a set of LED's off the 4WD computer, and some bypass switches (no easy task) so I could see what was happening with all the interlocks, and sussed it that way. The vacuum switches ended up the problem, or rather the vacuum tubing (switches indicate the hubs are happy or not).
