I’m trying to get a set of front axles off Low Range and it’s turning into a bit of a saga. When I go to checkout on their webpage and enter my shipping details it just says; “This item can not be shipped via UPS”. But there’s no option on their site to ship any other way. I sent them an email asking how to arrange shipping. And got a single line reply; “We no longer offer DHL as a shipping option”. But no advise on how to actually get my axles. So I got up at 5am the next morning and rang the store. The guy in the phone was nice, but didn’t help. He said deliveries out of the US are a nightmare at the moment. Apparently they had been getting heaps of parcels returned to the store from DHL, so they stopped using them. He asked me to send an email with my address and he’d get a quote on delivery. This morning I get another single line email; “Shipping axles to AUS costs about $300USD”. That’s it, nothing about how to order the parts and arrange shipping. So, Has anyone else had the same experience getting parts out of Low Range lately? And if you got it sorted, what did you do? Or alternatively, are there any other front axles out there on the market equivalent to the Low Range RVC ones with life time warranty? I’m finally ready to fit my front air locker, but seriously didn’t expect it to be so hard to sort out a set of axles. |

RCV shipping rates are totally awesome at the moment.... This is their cheapest option; ![]() Looks like that front locker won’t be happening anytime soon. |

I know this is a long shot. Do You have any family or close friends in the U.S.? If you do, they could forward them to you using one of the less expensive parcel services. When I ordered my RCV axles, they were shipped for free within the U.S. The price to have them forwarded to the Philippines was $169 using USPS international. My memory is about $100 more than that for FedEx. As said, probably a long shot but thought it would be worth throwing out there. |

Our company has a factory in the US and I get on the piss with the GM every time he comes over here. He’s offered several times to ship parts for me with any machines coming out of the factory. The only problem is we don’t have any machines ordered with them at the moment and doesn’t look likely for some time. I’ve been watching the dollar closely and it’s finally bounced in our favor, so I’m wanting to take advantage of the good exchange rate now. I need to make my move before the retarded carrot over there finally agrees to piss off and the markets get stable again. |

Try to give them a call. I remember I had similar issues years ago. I waited for an appropriate time in the U.S and called in. I spoke to an office lady and she was great to deal with and helped me to process the order. |

By the time the bank and PayPal get their clip of the transaction all of my exchange rate savings had been smashed and it still cost me $1100AUD all up. I guess we can blame it all on covid, but this was a much more painful process then I was expecting for a simple set of axles. Hopefully it will all be worth it when I’m no longer the only single locked one on trips.... |

Obviously too late now sorry, but consider trying shopmate. Free shipping to Australia Posts US warehouse then pay Aus Post for the shipping to you. The only catch is I think they now sting you import tax, seems the australian gov we’re feeling left out. https://shopmate.auspost.com.au/ |
