Needing to replace the windscreen in my WT tintop and I was looking at how it was held in the other day and comparing it to my utes windscreen. Ute has a rubber seal that appears to go either side of windscreen, So it holds the windscreen in and seals at the same time, Looks factory. The tintop on the other hand has a rubber seal on the outside but on the inside you can see windscreen silicone around the edge, also has pinchweld around the frame (whereas the ute seal covers the frame). Is this factory or something somebody (a shop perhaps?) done when the screen might have been replaced? I did do a search and all results I looked at suggested rubber seal like my ute has, Having to rope it in to install. |

Is that Jinxy? If so, I reckon it had a Coil screen fitted at some point. They are bonded in. Steve. |

Yep ALL sierras except coily use the same screen and rubber. Coily has no rubber and uses a slightly larger screen that is glued in. |
