Post subject:  new axle housing, but i dont need the ABS holes...

Yo
so i have a new axle housing and diff centre im going to use as a rotable. this will make it easier to install and test everything is ship shape with the caplocker and fullfloat rear so i can just jack the rear of the car, drop out the current axle intact and connect up the new one, with one extra airline being the exception.

axle housing i have however is from a ABS jimny and mine is non-abs
so anyone got any ideas on what to do with said holes?
from what i understand on where they are its on the outside of the axle seal.
weld them up?
screw in pretend ABS sensors to confuse the transport people? (lol cos they do turn up once every 2 years)

any ideas? i assume a grease nipple is just a silly idea, as it would just pump lube into the spindle...?

Just leave the ABS sensor in and cut the wires

I'd just weld them up.

Weld it up. Bit of brass or copper behind it will make it easier to fill the hole. Bolts would be painful. Whichever way you do it needs to be waterproof... Your rear wheel bearing sits behind it
