I mounted the calmini transfer cradle but the drum brake hits one of the brackets, so what do you think is the better option?

Chop it
Use a LROR "EOS" transfer cradle
Spidertrax disc conversion - although I can't find anywhere that sell them now.

Or other?

you will need wide track backingplate assemblys and have to put them on narrow track axles. which means new bearings/collars too.
dont think widetrack diffs will work as the hangers are in a different spot

then you still need the handbrake cable ect..

If you're not going to WT diffs I'd trim the bracket to fit. Dank also put up a how to for a cheap transfer disc brake a long while ago.

Here it is: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=23034

I've gone with WT diffs but retaining the transfer handbrake as I'll be using the sierra front calipers / disc setup on the rear.
