A "07 Jimny nudge bar, just need LxWxH and weight for a courier quote please...
any help would be appreciated!

im guessing 80x80x50 5kg, but im hoping thats on the safe side and im over estimating.

Just sent a GV nudge bar, buyer paid shipping (he's on here, so he may be willing to talk price, I had no visibility of how much it cost), but it was 80 x 80 x 40 and the alloy bar itself was 10kg, and the whole package with brackets bolts and packaging was 14 kg. I think you may be underestimating the weight.
