Just had the g16b put in the my coily and whilst testing it out on day 1 i have cracked my transfer case (very big) across the input shaft housing area. (To dark to take photos) Coily with wt transfer with 4:9:1 gears. Has any body had/heard of this happening? Also i havnt pulled it out yet but do you think the gears would have survived? Cheers in advance. |

I think the gears caused it. But that's just my opinion as I've seen this before on friends cars. |

Long enough to make it to the bin. The ones I've seen did a bit more than just crack the case so yours might be ok plus they were older versions, I think the new ones are made a bit better now. I still wouldn't run them unless someone wanted me to do a destruction test on them. |
