| Post subject: | XL7 new radiator and strange whiring noise |
Hey Guys I gota couple of issues . do any of you know where to get a good price on a 2004 radiator . And the second is I have a strange whirring noise which I suspect is a wheel bearing , but I cant seem to track which corner it is coming from .Any tips or tricks how to track it down would be great

not sure on the rad, but for the wheel bearing : jack up a corner and place your hand on the 12 and 6 o'clock position and then wiggle it. if there is ANY movement then its up for replacement. |

Wheel bearings will generally get louder when loaded up. Find yourself a quiet back street and do some low speed 'lane changes'. You could also find some tight corners that you can drive reasonably hard into. If that doesn't show up a particular corner then start looking at diff pinions |
