Hey guy I just brought a 97 2.0 V6 Vitara LWB and I was wondering if f-100 rims will fit? I'm not sure if the breaks are larger or not and I ran f-100 rims on my last g16 SWB. Thanks guys.

Yes the brakes are larger, and no, it's generally considered that 15" rims don't fit. It can be done, with calliper grinding, but not everyone is down with that as a solution.
