Hi all.
My vitara's G16B has been a little tempermental of late.
When cruising at low speeds it will sometimes just die ( 20km and lower), aswell as when im coming upto a red light and put the clutch in the revs will go straight to zero and she dies... Other times it runs like a dream!
Is there a sensor that may be rooted and causing these problems? lately its one thing after another and Im getting fed up!
Hope you guys can help, Thanks, Mark.

Hi guys.. finally had a spare bit of time after work today so i decided to check out my egr..
I found one of the two bolts missing and the only bolt that was there was loose.
I cleaned out a small film/layer of carbon buildup from the egr ports and refitted.. car seems to stay at idle a bit better, but will occasionaly drop to the little line above 0 on the tacho.. about 300rpm? then creeps back up. is this normal?

You need to clean the passageways back to the exhaust manifold and check the throttle body too.
