Off-Road and Goods Vehicle Wheel Track
The wheel track of off-road four wheel drive vehicles and goods vehicles (MC, NA, NB ADR
category) must not be increased by more than 50mm beyond the maximum specified by the
vehicle manufacturer for the particular model.
If a solid axle from another manufacturer is used, the wheel track may be increased by 50mm
beyond the maximum specified by the vehicle manufacturer for that particular axle, provided all
other requirements such as clearances and the tyres do not protruding outside of the vehicle

does it say anything in regards to SPOA or are you intending on going SPUA on the lux diffs?

Post subject:  Re: ncop just had to post this up

i havent seen anything re SPOA,

i guess it would be possible now. max lift is 150mm but you need to do lane change tests etc

Post subject:  Re: ncop just had to post this up

So how does that go for putting WT diffs under an NT? Shouldn't be any drama at all? Or completely not allowed because it's the same manufacturer...

Post subject:  Re: ncop just had to post this up

mod plateable as a diff swap

Woo, I thought they already were because anto86 was talking about doing it but it's good to hear confirmation!

Post subject:  Re: ncop just had to post this up

they technically were allowed but within the old rules you were supposed to only be 50mm wider than the original diff.
WT is 90mm wider than NT so you should run inset wheels to get back to 50mm

now you dont have to

Keeping it legal... thread JCB wrote
"Leaf spring suspension must not be raised through the use of extended shackles, adjustable metal plates or by placing the leaf springs to the opposite side of the axle"

Is this a reference to SPOA?
