Is anyone using or has used spartan difflockers in their sierra?
Just had a look on locktup 4x4 you can pick up the centres for about $350 each
Are they worth getting or not?
Any feedback would be good thanks.

I have both. Spartan front and Lockrite rear.
Both function as good as each other.
IMHO the Spartan looks stronger, and was easier to fit.
It has bigger/new cross pins, and don't need shimming to fit.

I fitted a Sierra Spartan in the front diff.
I have a lock rite in the rear.
At that stage there wasn't a listing for Vitaras.
Thats a rear Spartan for a Vitara, but same quality as my Front one.
Thats a new product aimed at Vitaras,
I will sure be buying one if the rear lock rite gives in.

My front ones been in a year with no problems or wear.

My rear was fitted by previous owner many years ago, it is still working fine.
Keep the oil changes regular.

My rear tyres are not wearing any faster than the fronts,
but I'm not a lead foot.
Hard acceleration would weare tyres faster, I guess
