i'v run into a bit of a problem. When putting the new tranfer gears into the case i found that there are a number of little fracture marks on the inside of the case. This sierra hasn't had a hard life, previos owner has never been offroad and only has about 138,000kms on it. I handled the case with care when removing from car and taking apart. I was just wondering if you guys think it would be alright to use still?? I'v got all the grears and rebuild kit in it now so it's already to go in but i just wanted to see what you guys think. oh and its only in the one part of the case, the other two parts look fine.

if it was a stock case you will find these are casting marks....see them all the time and nothing to worry about.
