So if i am thinking right the NT has 3:9 and the WT has 3:7 ratios so the NT diffs should help me use fifth gear
cheers Jeff The diff centres will fit in the diff housings no worries. The axle shafts will slide back into place no problems. The driveshafts however are different. It's not all bad news though, you have a couple of options. 1. Drill holes in the flages to suit the WT driveshafts 2. Swap the yokes (the bits that are joined by the universal joint) 3. Slide the whole slip yoke off the driveshaft and fit the NT one in it's place And yes the shorter gearing will help. |

you can also get 2 front output flanges off an NT and fit em to your WT transfer, I think this is the least fiddly option |

thanks Royce,i am getting the hole drover so i will see which bits are in the best condition and go with them , and then see if any one wants other bits off it. but i dont think there is much on it that is any good it was a shack bus so its had a hard time |

yeah, that'd be the best way, that way you can retain all WT shafts etc. |
