i have a vdo oil pressure sender that fits where the standard sender goes and have an adaptor that has the same thread as the sender but it doesn't screw into the block why is it so?
also does anyone know whats the size of the thread on the plug thats next to the oil pressure sender in a g13ba?

Cheers

whats the part number of the adaptor and the sender? I will bet the adaptor is BSP on the female end and NPT on the male end

lay the 2 threads over each other and see if they are a perfect fit or not

it looks like the end of the thread tapers in a bit on the sender but the rest of the thread is the same on the adaptor
