Indicating left - all is good.
Indicating right - relay clicks once, interior light dims momentarily as the relay clicks, no indicator lights come on at all. Pushing the hazard light button has the same effect, one click but no lights.
This was late last night, I pulled the relay and pulled the cover off it, no visual sign of any problem. Fuses are all good. I'm thinking it's the relay. If it was a bulb gone it would just flash faster yes? Would a bad connection in the indicator stalk switch cause the hazards to stop working?
Going to get another relay after work but wondering if I'm missing something?
Thanks.

Did you check all the bulbs are working first????
Did you try turning on your hazard lights to narrow down the problem???

Yes, hazard light button has the same effect as indicating right, the relay clicks once but no lights left or right. I've got about 10 minutes between finishing work and the shops closing to get a relay or I'd go home first and try all the bulbs etc.

Check all your bulbs, its probably just a bulb.

OK, thanks. All working now.
It was strange, I pulled a bulb on the working side and they flashed faster so that confirmed that the bulbs are connected in parallel not in series. Pulled the front bulb on the not working side and it was fine, put it back and it all worked.
Tried the hazard switch and that wasn't working, but that turned out to be the fuse. That must have gone recently because I used the hazards last weekend. Don't think the two things are connected but it's a bit of a coincidence.
Thanks for the replies and help.

Bear this in mind for the next time - both sides use the same flasher - so if one side works, the flasher is good and the problem lies with either the bulbs or the wiring. If neither side flashes check the flasher.

also sometimes its the bulb that is faulty... it might 'work' but cause the fault to repeat. Fresh bulb fixes it
