Just wondering what you guys have done with your radiator when putting in a G16 engine into your sierra. My fan is only millimeters away from hitting the pulleys.

What fan are you using? If its the sierra one do you have the spacer fitted?

i have a thermo fan as u can see below. it just clears the pulleys but not by enough i would assume. do you reckon i could just put a spacer/washer over the 4 bolts that hold the radiator to the radiator bracket which would push the radiator further away from the pulleys? would that be enough?

Put the spacers between the rad and the uprights to space the whole thing forward. You may need to rebend or remove the bonnet prop stick so it doesn't rub on the top tank...
