Hi All,

Back again. I am running 30" Nexen AT II's on my unlifted Vit. With a load in the back or at speed the rear shocks are compressing enough that the tyres are rubbing up inside the rear wheel arches. Can I put in a set of HD rear shocks to compensate for this or will coils be required as well? If funds allow I am looking at fitting a 35mm suspension lift upgrade, but for now I was wondering if heavier duty shocks will fix problem.

Cheers Nick.

No, sorry shox wont help.
A shock only stops the car from continuous bouncing.

You need a stiffer spring, or a longer spring, or a spring spacer.
Or a longer bump stop, so tyre can't come up so far.

Wait till you get your lift in, it may be fine after that.

Talk to Dank. In my opinion Dobinsons is good value, and Dank is a forum member we trust..
