Hay guys

well im brand new to suzukis and the 4wd scene in general, i am about to buy a 1985 Holden Drover with the High top roof after searching for a sierra for quite a while, i have found the drover cheap but needs a bit of work (no dramas there ive built a couple quick street cars before)

What i need to know is what parts are interchangable between the Drover and the sierra? am i correct in believeing that its pretty much every thing is the same?

Plans for the car are pretty basic with a 2inch lift, 2 inch body lift, 31inch tyres, F&R diff locks and a 1L T/C (if they fit the drover?)and some other small mods along the way to make it a fun weekend pig.

Any tips for a newby setting up one of these rigs would be apprecaited.

Hope to catch ya in the dirt :D

Ditch the body lift idea. and for 31's save up and get proper reduction gears. the 1ltr transfer is more of a bandaid solution than an effective mod for 31's.

Yes I believe everything is same as a Sierra, except headlights are square.
I believe stock Drover springs are better than Sierras.

Hi top may not like a body lift, as they are quite tall already.
But will work the same way as a Sierra body lift.

Forget the body lift and 2'' springs. Get OME 40mm springs, offset rims and a 4lb hammer.
