I have charged a bloke with littering under the Enviromental Protection Act for throwing a lit butt out the window, Magistrate gave him a $250 fine!

This guy failed the attitude test big time. Copped the littering charge plus UIL (Drink Driving), unlicenced, unregisterd, uninsured, obstruct police as well as having a couple of warrants. I think he is still inside!
