Start at the left rear corner. Have someone sit in the drivers seat to pump the pedal. When the pedal is pushed and held, undo the bleed nipple to release the pressure then do up again. Get them to pump up the pedal hard again and hold it down. Once again, undo the nipple and release the fluid. As the fluid drops down in the reservior top it up with the new fluid. Repeat the bleeding till the fluid comes out clear. Then bleed the fronts using the same method. You can also bleed out the proportion valve on the R/H inside chassis rail under the drivers seat, not essential but sometimes they trap air.

there is only one nipple on the rear so does both sides at once
you can leave the nipple open and pump the clean stuff through then pump up and relase bit till no air
be careful to not push the pedal to the floor, you can pickup crap in the cylinder and wreck it

Depending on model the brake line should run from chassis rail to diff, head off to the r/r then back across to the l/r. There shouldn't be a nipple on the r/r.
If there is a nipple on the r/r then do L/R, R/R, L/F then R/F.

I wouldn't bother unless you end up with a spongy pedal. If you do then, do it last
