Do they close nicely if you lift the door up whilst shutting it? Hinges on zooks wear out super quick.

They just need adjusting. Undo the screws that hold the hinge to the body (not the hinge to the door) and move the door around until it shuts properly.
Failing that, there's lots of adjustment in the door catch on the body, and failing that, you can crank the window frame in and out (with the glass down) just by hand to get a really nice fit.
It's just trial and error.
Steve.

Wind the window down and shut it with your hand on the window sill. why do you have to shut the door with the handle up? That's only necessary if you are locking the door?
I'm with Sideways - the hinges will be worn and you need to adjust the door up.
My doors rarely fit properly because my sills are rooted and I' always swapping between 1/2 doors and full doors, but there is a special sort of satisfaction in a door that shuts nicely.

X2
I RP7'd everything in my LJs door and it went from having to almost knock the car over to only caving in the door.
