Both my suzi donks leak oil out the dizzy. Does anyone know the oring size, I do not want to pull one for measurement sake, and then find that I cannot get one for whatever reason without ordering. Is there a part number, is it special size, or is it just a case of getting the same size from anywhere the sells orings. |

http://www.suzistore.com.au/shopdisplaycategories.asp The seal in the dizzy's can leak to, but that can be a bit of a pain to change & your best doing the bearing at the same time.. |

Had a squiz there, couldn't see what Im after, will look harder. I didn't realize the dizzy had a seal, I thought it was only an Oring, how do I find out about this little gem. I will have a search, but im pretty hopeless at that. |

Thanks mate. Is the o ring a special one, seems pretty expensive to me, as I also have to freight them. When at sea I always make my own O rings, we just carry a select size rubber, and make them. A small one like this should be whole. hmmm, so its an order job, not just a dia and rubber size, darn. |

But I'm told I'm rough..... Repco stock bugger all o-rings. You're better off to get one out and race down to a bearing shop (if you have one close?) |

is it leaking from the oring on the dizzy shaft or the more common oring between the head and the dizzy housing? youd be doing well to get oil to run uphill and past even a missing dizzy oring I would think, the housing however is common to leak heaps, undo the bolts, slide it back, coat old oring in silicone and do it back up |

There is a place in lincoln that has about 3-400 or ring sizes. I was hopig that I could just go and get one of such and such size. May have to pull one of the dizzyz and get sized. |

I was giving the donk a clean, hate oily motors, and thought about what you said, looked an thought, nooooo can't be so simple. Got a spanner, hit the bottom bolt, blasted thing was about 3/4 turn loose, doh. So now, no oil leak, yaaaa, must get around to trying this on the vitara. |
