Hey guys, just wondering what is needed if I'm putting a vitara 98 engine into a 94 sierra? Do I need the vitara gear box as well? And the same question, just ruth a corolla engine, I know that I'd need the box, do o need anything else? Cheers |

Some will say the 1.6l gearbox, some will say the 1.3l is fine. BenT sells what you need, never used any of his gear personally, rav reviews but. |

you can use the sierra box. it will wear more quickly however. BenTs kits are great |

I had a search for you, I suck at it tho, so cannot find what I was after, but there are a few write ups here on conversions. I'd be looking at an RB20DET before an RB30. Still the same physical size issues, but more power and less capacity. Rear mounted radiator will be your only option though..... |

Get a tape measure and size up the RB and box. Then see how it would fit the sierra. My guess is not well at all. |
