hey guys ive just finished doing a 2inch body lift in my coily. when i took it for the first drive i noticed 2nd and 4th gears dont feel so notchy when selected. Also, when driving in those gears, if you stop accelerating the gear will pop out.

any ideas what it could be?

Cheers, Dan

The gearstick is contacting the body. Modify the shifter surround and check that the shifter boot isn't pulling tight causing it to pop out of gear.

My mate had the same problem in his cruiser after his BL. He removed the 2nd boot on the leaver now it's all good.
