I've seen em in the back in a battery box, never seen em anywhere else tho..
Thay are a CANBUS electrical system, don't use a non Led test light ANYWHERE near em & don't short out ANYTHING, I have replace many ecu's after some one has jump started or fitted a new battery..

Take it to an auto lecky, if something goes wrong you have a leg to stand on..

:P & you don't want to know the price of a ECU.. :P

3mths ago for a 04 model GV:
Suzuki:$2800(new)
Somewhere else whose names escapes me right now:$1750(new)
Some wrecker on CC: $450 but 1 serial number out on a 10 digit serial number.....gamble.
Gamble paid of.Run on dyno no issues.

When did Suzuki switch over to CANBUS? I wouldn't have thought an 04 model would be CANBUS. I've jumped started my 2002 GV plenty of times with std jumper leads (no polarity or surge protection) and I thought it was essentially the same as the 04 model.
