Hi have a couple of questions about the sq420 Vitara SWB. Are they funamentally similar to the sv420? Are they still full chassis? Rigid Axle coil rear? Coil front end not ifs? Would be looking at a 30mm lift from these guys: http://www.dobinsonsprings.com/pdf/SUZ-57.pdf What would be the tyre size of choice to run with this kit on stock rims? My preference of tyre is probably Bridgestone Desert Dueler. Hoping someone can help me out! |

yeah they are solid as joseph said... the SV420 & all earlier vitara's ran IFS front & a 3 link solid rear (2 lower links & a upper V link with the point of the V mounted to the diff with a ball joint) the SQ420's & untill they went to the GV3 ran IFS front & 5 link solid rear (2 lowers, 2 uppers & a panhard rod) both set ups seem to work well off road once longer springs & shocks have been fitted. |
