I've got a complete centre rebuild kit here with new bearings, seals, pinion crush tube, the lot! It owes me $130. I'll even post it for free.

Unless you know your way around a diff, I'd suggest getting someone who does do the rebuild... Otherwise, your newly rebuilt centre will be toast before long... |

i too would recommend looking for a second hand one. generally speaking, suzuki diffs last forever as long as the oil is kept clean and topped up. i was quoted $540 for a rebuild (thats assuming gears themselves were fine. i ended up paying about a quarter of that including post. got mine from want33s, but i think i took the last WT centre that he had... |

unfortunately there is no way to truely tell if a second hand diff is any good, unless it came from a good working vehicle. Wreckers will just look at the CW&P and determine its condition that way, even though most diff need to be replaced due to bearing wear (most of the time is undetectable by eye) and failure. |
