is there such a thing as a factory 1.3 efi to come out with the zook? to find the best engine for ease of installation and price

yes, in japan and if you can get all the stuff in like a front cut plus the fuel tank plus red japanese it could be pretty easy

dunno what happens when you need EFI parts though, would have to get em from suzuki Japan cause suzuki aus will do nothing to help you

Yes
SN 413 MPI from the first model, same engine block. Mine (early 2005) was the first with VVT.
Red Book Specs

I think you'll struggle to find one being wrecked though. I've been looking for some time now and their as rare as 'hen's teeth'. We Jimny owners must be a little to gentle on them. I'm afraid you'll be up for an import anyway.
