Personally 8 inch rims are too wide for 9.5 inch tyre and wont be helping your cause.

i've had the same issue with my simex tyres (31s on 15x7's) - tubes fixed it... cheaper than beadlocks and still legal =) still have to be careful though.

i got this problem alot on my subaru when i was running winter treads i could never air down cause they were so soft. but when i got my bfgs it was better but my bfgs have that gay 'rim protector' on them which cause mud to get in there at anything under 18psi which is gay cause could never get full potential out of them

Slightly off topic, but when you air down tyres you don't want the sidewall bagging out if you can help it, you want the tyre to increase along the tread...
Sidewall on the ground will damage and destroy your tyres - the sidewall doesn't have anywhere near the same amount of puncture resistance, and its also illegal to do a puncture repair on the sidewall of the tyre.

have the tyres removed. Clean the bead on the tyre and rim and then have re-fitted with a bead of sikaflex around the tyre bead. It makes a massive difference.

I'd hate to be the poor bugger trying to remover those tyre's tho..
You can get bead glue, not quite as permanent as Sikaflex

most factory tyres on quads come with bead glue, bloody hard to get them off, but they run 2-5psi all day with that stuff and you never lose a tyre off the bead

Apparently liquid nail's doesn't work.
Took a tyre off today that was flat & had the stuff around a dent in the rim.
