Check the mounting location, that would be the only possible reason they wouldn't swap

if you are chasing a coily bullbar, there are a few places that make them.

However they are very expensive ie cheapest is 1100, but they are very good.

It may bolt up but it won't look right as leafy's are square across the front and coilys are curved. Put a coily bar on as leafy and you'll have a big gap infront of the grill.
Put a leafy bar on a coily and you'll probably have to cut a bit out in front of the grille.
