The previous owner of my 1991 SJ70 Sierra put a Weber carby on it. I know it's supposed to be a performance upgrade, but I'd prefer the stock carby with its automatic choke, fuel cut off solenoid, and idle up with headlights, etc. I've got the original carby. It came with the car when I bought it, wrapped in bubble wrap. I've got it mostly installed with all the water pipes connected, and a few of the vacuum ports are still connected. But there are a 3 vacuum ports in the carby body down near the intake manifold and facing the rocker cover, that I have no clue where to connect. I guess one is the vacuum advance from the distributor, but which one? Where do the other 2 go? There are 2 ports on the top of the air cleaner cover as well that have been capped. I'm not so concerned about those. I've got an electronic copy of the SJ413 service manual and it has helped on a few things, but not everything.
I've attached 4 photos of the carby installed so far, with the last photo showing the 3 vacuum ports I'm most interested in.
