Thought I would start a new thread for my new Jeep.

Stockers so far and probably will stay mostly stock. All I have bought for it so far is a KC Hilites gravity pro7 light bar

Haha yeah probably. It’s got KM2s at the moment and I really don’t like them.

32” km2 are the factory tyres. We get ripped in Australia, rubicon’s in seppo land come with either 33s or 35s. The model with 35s has 100-1 crawl ratio

That’s interesting, I’m almost positive the one on display at Maroochydore that we looked at last week had KM3s.

Will check again when we go back in there again to order the misses new Rubicon.

And what did you do with the cool coloured one that you had already ordered previously?
Just cancel it and use your deposit on this boring old white one?

Looking at those photos they where made in March this year.

I guess that’s why Shep said Jeep must have a deal with BFG. [emoji6]

Yeah that’s why I posted the date stamp, 9th week this year.

I doubt the green one will get here this year so grabbed the white one.

The dealer was telling us they’re bringing out the Gladiators in Gekko Green next year, so we’re holding off ordering to see if they announce it for the Unlimited as well.

We’ll probably get the leather interior, but she doesn’t like the colour coded flairs and roof and I agree.

The Jeep is handling my work commute brilliantly, 200km crap highway and 100km of dirt each way.

Sticking a uhf in it this week and hopefully my gravity pro6 light bar will arrive in the next day or so so I can slap it on as well

Good to hear you're enjoying it Shep. How does it compare to the JK?

It’s like the JK but better. Much more refined and the 8 speed is a winner.
Eats corrugated roads with zero effort

They've really moved the game on with that interior compared to the JK. It looks so nice and premium.

Except that red insert looks horrible on Yellow bodies.

Yeah it’s more comfortable then the 2017 grand Cherokee we traded in for it.
Even has a inbuilt 240V outlet so I can charge my detectors while driving

Red is the default for rubicon’s but can order a black like the other models.

Proper flash lights fitted, haven’t wired it yet due to lack of skills and way more wires at the headlights then I have seen before.

Also mounted the uhf aerial onto the tailgate with a terraflex bracket.

34s on, wired up the driving lights.
I am hoping that I can keep the stock suspension but will probably have to chop a few bits off to avoid bumpstops
Winch has also turned up.
Hopefully the winch plate and auxiliary fuel tank will turn up soon.

Fitted the UHF today, wiring things is super easy thanks to the pre wired and programable auxiliary switches.

Winch bolted on, going to have to put some thought into the battery cables as there is shitloads of bits between winch and battery.

Just conduit the cables and go for it Shep…

I saw a bright blue JT Gladiator today rolling on 37’s. It was pretty awesome… so much road presence…
