Swaybars arrived, rear took longer to unpack than fit, front looks hard so it can wait

No springs or struts, Suzuki sport sold out days before my order :(

Put the front in the other day, had to drop the front subframe thing down which is interesting when your jack is too short

Works well though, will need an LSD to deal with coming out of tight corners though

Just sway bars, I am back to the drawing board on what to do for struts, the stock springs can stay cause it doesnt need to be any stiffer or lower

ill probably put Koni yellow inserts in or something like that

Bilstein looks to be an option as well

Anyone know what the combustion chamber volume and valve size are on an M18 head?

Danielle's swift sport has been excellent, bought new and never had a problem with it. It just hit 80,000km and is an 09.
The paint/body is cursed i'm sure, rocks and a car park hit and run and car doors its had to have a few touch ups
They go well for what they are, handle well and love to be revved just like all suzuki's.
I drove a normal swift and it just doesn't compare to a sport, so much better with the 1600 high compression motor over the standard 1500.

On sunday we went and traded in her 09 sport and have 14 coming in silver.

pompoms

Screw you to the suspension shops that said these aren't available, they aren't for Australian ones only Euro ones bla bla bla

might be a little stiffer just cruising around but are a massive improvement on crappy roads and uneven surfaces and bumps mid corner

Nice, you can't go wrong with Bilsteins. I bet the cornering is a lot better. :)

I wish there was something other than KYB available for the Kizashi. :(

http://www.trust-power.com/event/swispo ... file=power

Most things for this are discontinued now cause everyone that bought them are tossers that just wanted to lower them with China coilovers and put some heavy 18's on them.

Been wiring the emanage in first to make sure its all ok, Trust password the thing so you cant see anything or do anything, whatever its doing to alter the map sensor output is annoying the stock ecu but i cant look at anything to see what its doing

Assholes wont give up the password either so going to have to reset it and have it dynoed from step one.

As in you cant see what the map setting is, seeing what goes in and out is easy enough.

Anyway I fixed it, its wired to intercept the map signal (soley so the stock ecu never see's pressure) but the ecu isn't set to actually use the map so it wasn't outputting anything, I turned it on, sent it to the ecu and it all works.

A bit more digging it seems all the password does is stop you seeing the maps and altering them, you can still alter settings and send them, data logging with injector adjustment and output duty cycle works as well, so it doesn't take long to drive around and see what its doing, which is add heaps of fuel anytime you touch the throttle (perfect for an M18 Jimny!)

Finally got around to getting a modplate, turns out you don't need an emissions test in QLD cause there are no places that do the test so the inspection takes about 18 seconds

Its got heaps more torque, though it feels a bit flat over 4500 rpm which is a big change from before.

Almost finished making up water injection for it, then exhaust, pressure regulator and a smaller pulley
