Congratulations on being selected for Auszookers Zook Owner of the Month!

How does it feel being honoured with the nomination for Z.O.O.M. 2017?

Feels great! Its an honor to be considered.

So tell us about yourself. Who are you, What's the meaning to your username, Where do you live, and what do you do for a living?

Name is James I'm 40, I live on the south coast NSW I work on the wharf we do the vehicle possessing for all the most of the new cars the come through (I'll get to see and drive the new Jimny before they even get to the dealers).
My user name is my Nickname.

How did you get started in Suzuki's & how many have you owned?

My best mate got me into them years ago. I've had many zooks: sierra Hard top on 37's, LWB sierra on 31's, a swb and lwb vitara, 2000 G series jimny that was on 31's & my current 2015 jimny oh I also currently own a 1977 LJ50 2 stroke.

How long did it take you to build your zook to what it is today?

To be honest not that long, all the suspension bar work and roof rack went on fairly quick with in 3 months but they are never really finished.

Any changes in store for your Suzuki?

yes I have a M18A sitting in the shed waiting to go in.

Image

What has been your best modification?

Transfer gears has to the best by far followed by the rear locker even with stock tires and no lift these 2 mods will get you further on the track than anything else.

What has been your worst modification?

That's a hard Question I don't think I have one.

Image

If you could have anybody else's zook, who's would it be and why?

I'm happy with mine. I had the opportunity to build what ever I wanted, I've owned many different types of zooks over the years from mild to wild and my current jimny is the happy medium.

What has been your best 4wding trip?

I've been to many different places, but the old school sections of Yalwal where you can't get to anymore were some great trips.

If you could go to any place in the world to wheel, where would that be?

Id like to tour Australia do a big lap other than that the Malaysian Rain Forrest looks good.

Who are you closest to in the auszooker's community?

Mad_zook.

What other toys/hobbies do you put a lot of time into?

RC crawling I do it competitively and have about 6 sponsors i also have a 105 series Landcruiser that's built for family touring.

Image

What is it about the auszookers that brings you back for more?

Its the family atmosphere I've been a member since 2006 in the early AZ days and watched the forum grow.

Image

What about the auszookers forum would you like to see changed?

It needs to evolve somehow since Facebook and the issue with photo Bucket all forums have suffered.

Image

Now for the million dollar question, who do you select to be the next Z.O.O.M. & why?

I don't have one in Mind but would be good to see a old 2 Stroker up here.

OK I've put up some of the facebook pics I had to download and rehost myself.

I also successfully Grimbo-d a lot of old AZ PB pics. They work for those of us with the photobucket fix.

Enjoy guys.

Editted again.
