I'm wanting to run 235/75/15 on the Suzuki and have a few questions about what the best course of action is. The car currently has ~1-1.5in raise only in the rear, so it has some serious rake. I want to balance this out (mostly for aesthetics), can I just purchase raised front springs or should I spend the extra cash and get a Kings 2in lift and do the whole car at once. OR should i scrap all of that and just put in a body lift to make space for the larger tires. Cheers for your inputs

I personally wouldn't do any of those things.
Suspension lift doesn't fit bigger tyres because it only changes the static, level position of the suspension. when the car is in motion, the wheels can and do still move into exactly the same places they could before the lifted springs were fitted, so you'll still have scrub.
The king springs/ultima shock kit is really the only sensible option, but the shocks are of average quality and lifting an SJ80 front end requires caster correction. (Well, so does a stock SJ80, but that's another story)
I'd roll some front guard seams and put small bumps top spacers on the front to create room for the tyres, and put stock rear springs back in the car. A body lift is an option, but 235's really only require a tiny bit more room in the front so it's a lot of work for a small gain.
If you subsequently want to lift the suspension for other reasons you can, safe in the knowledge the tyres still won't scrub.

Oh, rim offset is critical on Coil sierras. they run a 25P vitara offset rim standard. going to a -13 or something that leaf sierra owners use will lead to excessive track width, scrub radius and issues with tyre clearance. for a 235, ideally you'd want something like a 15X6 10P or something, maximum. This will keep the tyres under the guards which will reduce scrub.

Thanks for the advice! Thinking I'm going to source some rear springs and bring the car back to factory height for now.
Also, I've heard its recommended to run reduction gears with the 235's, is that true or would the stock transfer case deal with the size difference? If that is the case is it easier to go with 215's and leave everything as factory?
Cheers for your time! You're a great resource on this forum!!

I ran 235s and a 4.16 gearset on my old coily. On road it bought the gearing back to standard and it was much, much better offroad.
Well worth doing IMO.
