Morning All,

I have an SJ413 Booster and Master Cylinder on my 83 Sierra. It is cactus due to having fuel in there and needs replacing.

I note that I can't get one in Aus, would have to order from India.

Hopeful that someone here may know whether I can substitute a different booster in this space so I can get back on the road quicker?

I think I’ve already answered this on FB. Vitara boosters (Both 1.6 and 2.0) fit as far as I am aware- I know of several cars with them, and I’d bet that a whole bunch of small Japanese cars have boosters that are compatible with a possible change to the pushrod length.

Alternatively try Suziworld in Diamond creek, Vic. They supply parts and wreck cars so they may have something on the shelf.

Sorry mate, I wasn't sure that they were interchangeable so was just seeking any other thoughts.

I have called Suziworld and they are seeing if the can get a 1.3 Booster.
