Hey Y'all, Just wondering if the drum on the rear output of a 1L case is removable without cracking the 'flange' nut, or does the nut have to come off first? Secondly, am I right in thinking that once the drum is off I could replace it with a WT flange, since they didn't have a transfer handbrake? (I obviously wouldn't need one either.) I have a switched 1L transfer. Speaking of the switch - can anyone chuck up a photo of how the wiring attaches to the switch itself, as the wiring was trashed on this one. This is what I have: ![]() Is it repairable or should I just look at replacing it? Cheers! |

nut has to come off... yes.. 1.0 switched case SHOULD be able to have the WT flange fitted up.. MAY need a spacer.. not sure.. but the spline size should be the same.. Only had to deal with one switched case and one non switched 1.0 and kept the xfer H.brake as am NT. |

4WD_products has the switches listed in their catalogs for $16, I doubt he has them listed on eBay so you'l have to send him a message. |
