After a short wheel on saturday where i bogged my car heavily ive been having steering problems.

I searched and found a few things.

I have taken damper of which made steering lighter but car still wouldnt return to centre after cornering

How do you check kingpins?

And ball joints?

And steering shaft u joint? Mine has body lift with bigger biscuit in it.

Going to replace all my oils and check wheel bearings. Do i need limslip oil for rear auto locker?

Could it be a swivel hub problem they arnt leaking or a break problem?

Thanks in advance

Was the steering box submersed in water? These can fill up full of water - the oil cap has a breather in it.

fill it with bearing grease instead. That way when its really stuffed it won't run dry from the oil leaking out.

I think the easiest way is to take it off, take the top bolt/top off and turn it upside down. Someone else can speak up if there is an easier way but thats how I did mine.
