RUF = Roof Under Floor - it means you rolled it... everyone's doing it, thats why its such a common "mod".

fitting 31x10.5 tyres to standard wheels is common practice - fit them up then go do some donuts on the corner to bed them in, unless you do donuts on dry road they won't work properly, so don't do any long drives until you've done donuts. It works better at around 5psi in the tyres too.

FUR is the better option. and You will need a 2' spring lift, 2" body lift, 2" extended shackles, hammer the crap out of the guards and some 10.5" rims to fit them.
